Route 69 offers service from the Mission Valley Transit Center to Montana at Lee Blvd. Points of interest include the County Tax Office, Mission Valley Police Department, Texas Department of Public Safety license office, Target on Montwood & George Dieter, Texas Department of Human Services, and Ysleta del Sur Pueblo (Tigua). (Note: This route does not run on City-designated holidays.)
