Route 46 is a circulator offering service Monday–Saturday from Northgate Terminal to McCombs at Sean Haggerty and McCombs at Transmountain along Diana, Transmountain and Rushing. Points of interest include Wellington Chew Senior Center, the El Paso Technical Center on Diana, EPCC Transmountain Campus, Transmountain Walmart, Veterans Park, Andress High School and Eisenhower Apartments. (Note: This route does not run on City-designated holidays.)
